SUMMONS DELAY.

Magistrate Lindsell had a heavy list of motot cases before him' at traffio time this morning when the drivers of eleven motor vehicles wore "summoned for violation of traffic ro gulations. Six of the cases were for reckless driving.
SPEEDING DISCOURAGED. The driver of motor car No. 484 was charged with driving at a spoed of 25 miles an hour in Connaught Road Weat at 9,15 a.m., on Novòm- ber 3.-

Five hundred mow have been purchased at Chapei and one hundred at Ying Hong. The factory has been designed to contain thirteen departments for bamboo work, weaving, carpentry and other crafts.
