The 80th was Smith's. His drive found the green and he holed in three

Buckland took the 31st in five with fine long putt,

At the conclusion of the match Mr. G. T. Edkins presented cups to the winner and runner-up. He said the Championship matches had produced great deal of interest and there had been a good many surprises.
