CARUSO'S ESTATE
LAST WILL BECOMES VOID.
The sensational announcement in the Neapolitan Press of the existence of several wills of Caruso was un- founded. The existing will was made in 1919, the ona originally mentioned, whose draft was discovered in Caruso's luggage. Signor Vecchietti, Caruso's administrator, who brought it to Naples from Signa, said that the legal will was found to be an exact copy of the draft discovered in Naples, In the presence of the Neapolitan judges and solicitors the will was opened. The property left is divided into four equal shares, between Niguera Dorothy Caruso, Caruso's brother John, and his two natural sons, Henry and Rudoli. Owing to his little daughter. Gloria. hct being mentioned, the will becomes void. To prevent a law suit acc the
from property going into Chancery, an agreement has been promptly effected between- the executors on the basis of half the inheritance being reserved to Gloria and the remaining half of the property equally divided between the four beira above mentioned. By way of protecting Gloria's interest a judicial inventory of the property has been
decreed which will also entitle the Government to collect the heavy in- heritance dues.
