SAN FRANCISCO, September 13th "Fatty "Arbuckle has given the police his version of how Virginia Rappe, who ar was beautiful girl, equally well-known in New York and the West, met her death. He says that she became hysteri cal after several drinks at a party, and began to tear of her clothes.
