In the House of Commons at question" time, Sir Hamar Greenwood stated that the casualties of the Crown forces in Ireland from January 1 to April 30 were 109 police filled and 224 wounded, and 48 military killed and 113 wounded. It was impossible to estimate the civilian casualties as the casualties of the rebels were concealed wherever possible.
