The question of the liability to attachment of goods exported by the Russian Soviet Government was settled in the Court of Apprai to-day which reversed the judgment of Mr. Justiče Roche restraining further dealings in timber confiscated from the original owners, namely a Russian firms, who were plaintiffs, and exported by the Soviets through M. Krassin 10.2 British firm, who were defendants. Mr. Justice Roche granted the plaintiffs' claim Shanghai, Forth China and Japan for an injunction further on dealings and damages for conversion Swao.
