The Supreme Council ultimation to Germany has been signed and will be banded to the German Ambassador to-day. It makes reference to disarmament and the punishment of war criminals. The ultimatum expires at 10 o'clock on the night of May 11.

The Admiral Line steamer 6.3. Wenatchee which was due to arrive here May 1, has been oavoidably delayed at Yokohama on account of minor reperies and, the local office has just received advice to the effect that therepairs having been completed, the vessel departed from Yokohama on the 3rd and is due here on May 12. She will depart from Hongkong for Manila on the 14th and is scheduled to arrive in Hongkong from Manila on the 20th leaving for Seattle, and Victoria viz Shanghai Kobe and Yokohama on the 21st.
