It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in duplicate, which should be clearly marked "TENDER FOR QUARRIES, will be received at this Office antil Noon on MONDAY, the 14th day of March, 1921, for the letting of the undermentioned Granite Quarries at Hongkong and the New Territories, for a period ending 31st December, 1931, cr, as an alternative, for a period ending 31st December, 1923.
Each tender must be accompanied by a receipt to the effect that the tenderer bas deposited in the Colonial Treasury a sum as stated in the schedule hereunder opposite to each quarry, as a pledge of the boud fides of his offer, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown, if the tenderer, refuses to carry out his tender and comply with the conditions hereinafter contained, should the tender be accepted
