The report of the Union Waterboat Co., Ltd. for presentation to the shareholders at the sixteenth ordinary anomal meeting to be held at the Company's office on Thursday, February 17 1921, at 11pm, is as follows- Consulting CommitteeMr: G. The General Managers have now the pleasure to submit their annual report and statement of the Company's accounts made up to December 1920.

The cet profits for the year ended December 31, 1920, after allowing for Consulting Committee and Anditor fees, and including 19,999.00 brought forward from last account amount to $76,217.96.

The General Managers recommend the payment of a dividend of $1.25 per share, which will absorb $34,653.73, write off $14,304.94 from the value of the Waterboats, $1,400.00 from the value of the steam launch "Diaca," Fund $9,043.82 and to Insurance Fund $10,400.00 and carry forward a balance of $5,915,45 to the new Accom
