The Denniston players opened their season at the Theatre Royal last night, presenting to a good house, the farce "She walked in her sleep,” in a most succesful manner. The piece is a farce of the first order with a laugh every second. "The main characters are a husband with a wife who still tracts him, another husband whose wife knows him, a sympathetic mother-in-law, a doctor, a servant and a somnambulist. The husbands · and the doctor are early the scene having met at hotd, the first was to deal with some business and the other to practise his art on a sleep walker. The two partners receive a tube of explosive for analysis but as one of them is studying contract the tube is purloined by a scantily dressed lady who comes in by the window. It is! the sleep walker, bat Bruce hasn't seen her. Discovering the loss of the tube he seeks the help of { Mamie, offering a reward of $500 if she finds it. She asks what it is but ke can't tell her. In fright be disap- pears. The next to encounter the sleep walker, who has a distressing habit of clinging to perfect strangers is Charles Prescott.
