Masters of vessels of all nation- allies sailing for a part of the United States of America or of any of its possessions must submit a list in duplicate of all of the alien members (of the vessel's crew to the Arterican 15,000.00 consular officer at the port from which 7,500.00 the vessel commences its soyage. If 8,000.00, there is no American consular officer
stationed at that part, the crew list! 1,000.00 should be submitted at the first port; 200.00 of call if the vessel touches at any other port) where an American con- 2,000.00 sular officer is located.
All crew lists should now be made out on Immigration Form 680, copies 1,000.00 of which can be obtained from the American Consulate General, Hong- 2,000.00 kong.
