Speaking at a reception of the Royal Asiatic Society the Chinese Minister said Chinese students who returned to China after being educated abroad had exerted inestimable influence on Goverment, social conditions, education, habits, and modes of thinking and living. They were actuated by a keen sense of patriotism, which was gradually changing the narrow provincialism to a deeper sense of nationalism.
