Presented by members of Club de Recreio in testimony of much appreciation and esteem." The pre- septation was witnessed by a large gathering which included Senhor C. de Albuquerque e Castro, the new Portuguese Consul. Captain E. C. Lourenco and Lieut. L. Tiglaro. Mr. P.
