In consequence of the recent uncer- tainties and misunderstandings respect- ing the Allies' and President Wilson's Notes, the Landor and Provincial News paper Conference forwarded to Mr. Lloyd George resolutions emphasizing the urgent necessity of greater publicity as regards the Supreme Council and protesting against the facilities granted to French Press which are withheld from the
