Rosaeier, former director of the Un- ited States Shipping Board. Theactual construction programme on December 1 showed 2, 314 vessels. of which 2,240 had keels laid, with a tocnage of 12,926,486 deadweight. There were 1,910 ships of that num- ber launched with a deadweight tonnage of 10,494,0-47 of which 1,674 Vessels had been delivered up to December 2..
