Few people except those who live in the countries concerned realise that to certain British subjects divorce is the easiest thing in the world.
In Egypt, India, and the East generally, all matrimonial matters: concerning Mahommedan subjecta are governed by the law contained in the holy Koranthe Mahommedan bible. Im my own court-held in an out-of-the-world town, to which, how- ever The Daily Mail penetrates cases. in connection with divorce attract no attention, and two or three tre often settled in the course of a morning's work.

All this may seem rather appalling to the average Christian, but I can asure you that anyone who has. much to do with matrimonial' affairs # they concern Mahommedang soon comes to realise that the prophet!
