Should the above resolution be passed by the requisite majority it will be sub- mitted for confirmation as a Special Resointico to a further Extraordinary General Meeting and such meeting will be held on WEDNESDAY, the "10th day of September, 1919, at the same time and place for the purpose of con- sidering and, if thought St, confirming auch resolation as a Special Resolution accordingly.
