An application was made by the neec Government this afternoon Jefore Mr. R. O. Hutchison for the suprisal of Ho Sung alias Chun Hung cribed as a fugitive wanted by the eton Authorities for connection an armed robbery in the Sha Wan Village in October 25, 1917. The fugitive was also said to have kidnapped a student of the Tak Ring Tong in the village and demanding $15,000 as ransom from His parents. The student was said to have been kept for three months by thei robbers, until a party of Chinese maddiers rescued him. Mr. Leo Long. otto, the assistant Crown Solicitor. cared for the Crown. The case #waseeded.
