10s (1) Any general meeting at which a dividend or beats is ontway decured or sanctioned may make a call on the members of all sach amount as the meeting fixes but so that the call on each member shall not excred the dividend or bonus payable to him and so that notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 19, 20 and 21 the call may be payable: the same time as the divid end or bonus and the dividend or bonus may, if so arranged between the Society and the member, bo se off against the call.
