That the Articles of Association be altered in mannerfollowing, namely:
By the insertion after article No. 107 of the following Article
*107 (a) The Board may employ the funds of the Society which Employmen have been established pursuant to the provisions of Article 107 tande or any of them or any portion thereof (and that bother such fands or such portion as is proposed to be dealt with were aside for the special purpose to which they are proposed be applied or for any other purpose or not) in or for all or nay of the following purposes, that is to say, in meeting antingencies, in equalizing dividends, in paying special cividende or benuses, in repairing improving and maintaining any of the property of the Society, or otherwise in the bust- res of the Society, and in or for such other purposes as the Board shall in its discretion think conducive to the interest ef the Society and in regard to any such employment as afore said the Beard shall not be bound to krep such fonds separate from the other assets." 10s (1) Any general meeting at which a dividend or beats is ontway decured or sanctioned may make a call on the members of all sach amount as the meeting fixes but so that the call on each member shall not excred the dividend or bonus payable to him and so that notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 19, 20 and 21 the call may be payable: the same time as the divid end or bonus and the dividend or bonus may, if so arranged between the Society and the member, bo se off against the call. The making of a cull under this Article shall be deemed ordinary business of an ordinairy general meeting which declares a dividend.
(5).
