That each of the issued silver shares of the Society of the nominal value of 8250 each with the sum of $100 paid on thereon be converted into five shares of the nominal value of £10 each with the sterling equivalent of 820 Hongkong our reney at the opening T. T. rate of exchange on the date this resolution is confirmed as a special resolution credited as paid up thereon and accordingly that 80,000 shares out of the 200,000 shares of the nomisal value of £10 each, constituting the capital of the Society so converted and increased be distributed by the Board to the periops who are registered as abareholders of the Society on the date this resolution is confirmed ass special resolution in exchange for the silver shares then held by them.
