The War Eustries Bosrit assumed the role of arbiter of fashions to day in public regulations which shoemakers and manufacturers of men's clothing are expected to follow in planning, for the offerings for next spring. The rules are established to conserve leather and the materials which go into clothes.
Conservation measures, as they affect women's clothing other than shoes, have been discussed and voluntary agreements sought. It is possible that drastic regulations to be followed in this trade also will be promulgated soon.
