"Consignees are reminded of the necessity to apply to the Company's Agents regarding arrival of consignments expected of which they have rooived documente or advice.

Any damaged packages must be left in the Godowns for examination by the Consignees and the Company's Surveyors, Mesars Goddard and Douglas, at 10 am. Mondays and Thursdays. All diaims must be presented within tan days of the steamer's arrival here, after which date they cannot be recognised. No Claas will be admitted after the goods have left the Godowns.
