Sinea our last Report on the 27th ultimo, our market has shown no im- rovement, though for vessels on Time Charter the domain is strong and rates, Lare Brut.
In our last report we revised the clos lying of the Saigon Hongkong rate at #1.05
per rient, ut indicated that with the irst half of November loading $1,10 could probably be obtained, which was confirmed by the offer for a medium sized outsider at this Agure. The rate then, however, weakened to 81.00 per picul again, and ruined steady, and at whieh rate two medium sized outsiders were fixed.
Our local Rice mrket, however, was no strong, and thurratagain wenkeped when a farther mediums sized outsider was fixed at $1.00 per picul. The rate still further weakened, 2 cents being offered the Ath instant, since when
