"Applications will be received by the Hongkong and Shangbai Banking Corporation, Hongkong, from whom the necessary printed forms can be obtained. Such applications must be for $100 or any multiple thereof and be accompanied by a deposit of 25% of the amount applied for.
Applications may be receptixl in whole or in part, and in the event of partial xllotment the surplus amount paid as deposit will be appropriated towards the payment of instiments due on allotment,
