A RIDICULOUS GERMAN ASSERTION REFUTED,

The Rt. Hon. Walter Runciman, President of the Board of Trade, inter riowed by a correspondent of the Chicago Daily Neos, refuted the ridiculous German assertion that Britain was nearly bankrupt.
