A Petrograd telegram reports that two Russian destroyers armed only with 4-inch guns yesterday nitachori, in the Black Sea the craise: "Eamidich" and. two of Turkey's most modern destroyers, which were escorting four large collier's going to Constantinople. Despite the odds the Russians fought fiercely for three hours. The "Hamidish" was hit badly, one of her 6 inch qua being smashed. Then the Turks fled, abandoning the transport. The Russinna pursued, firing continuously, til near the Bosphorus, when they retamel and mak the transports.
