The Association of Exporters and Dealers of Hongkong this afternoon an extraordinary general meeting animously passed a resolution to the affect that Any member who is the subject of a nation between which "and Great Britain a state of war exists shall ipso facto cosse to be a member."

The rules were amended accordingly. Mr. W. A. Hannibal prosided and moving the resolution said there very little he could add to what had already been said at various meetings and institutions in the Colony and, 'n fact, throughout the whole Empire. The Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce a few days ago put the whole situation very clearly
