Mr Oliphant, assistant mnanger, of the Company said that plaintiff was cogaped on a monthly basis. On the morning plaintiff was dismissed he gave witness some - ""muce' -"'cheek”—and he (wit pess) took him by the, neck, and ran out of the give.
