Miloand, the Minister of War. bas submitted Bill to Parliament which provides for the drawing up of Eats of recruits of the 1917 clase, and for their medial examinatio The Bill is expected to come into operation early in April. The training of the 1915 class in sufficiently advanced to permit of their being sent to the fras shortly.
