The tide table given below has bear compiled at the Nautical Almanas Offies in adon from the result of the analysie of observations taken by means of an 50- tomatic tide-recording machine la the W ter Police Basin at Tsim Sha Tsui during the gears 1887-8-9.
The taro of the table corresponds with the term of the sounding in the Admiralty Charu, which has been found to no fest 9 inches below mean sea level.
To obtain the depth of water on the tide gange at the Victoria Naval Yard add 8 Lost & inches, and on the gnage at Lamont Dock, Aberdeen, såd 10 feet Inches be the height given in the tablo,
