Augagneur, who has just terminated visit to London, authorised Reuter to stats that be had an audience of the King and attended a series of conferences with Mr. Winston Churchill, in reference to the disposition and employment of the naval forces of the two countries. These conferences showed that the views of the two statesmen, are in conformity and demonstrated the close solidarity of the two govern-- ments. M. Augegnour also saw Mr. Asquith, Lord Haldane, Sir Edward Gray, Lord Craze and Jr, Belfour, and also visited the Arsenal and Parts mouth Naval dockyard.
