There is reason to consider that the increases of wages gran od to the employés in the Royni Dockyards, as announced in detail by Dr. Mossman, will pat an end to some of the arrest and dissatisfaction which has prevailed more at less at all the yards. à few weeks ago it appeared uncertain whether or a the Admiralty would consider it just or politic to grant further advance of wages.
