THE LATE LORD ARCHIBALD CANYBALL, The donth ta announced of Lord Archibald Campbell, brother of the Duke of Argyll, and heir prasumptive to the Dukedom. Lord Archibald was born at Ievureray in 1848, was the swood son of the late Duke of Argyll, and received his early education at Edinburgh Acadamy and subsequently at St. Andrews Univer sity. Putting aside the traditional idea of what a nobleman should follow a calling, he entered business, and after gaining experience in various departments of commerce, joined that firm of princely financiera, Messrs Coutts and Co., from which he only recently roaignes.
