LONDON, March 1, The Kaiser has been again defeated in a lawsuit egninst a man named Sobet, a tenant of His Majesty's on the Cadinon estate. The previous pro- ceadings arose, over the refusal of Bohat to comply with orders given by His Majesty's agent involving heavy expenditure outside the terms of the lease, His Majesty was uniformly doleated, and finally gave notice to quit on June 30th. The Emperor declared at a meeting of the German Agricultural Council that the turning out of Bohat was because he was "no good."
