Mr. Richard Wootton, the well-known trainer od racehorses, and Win. Huxley the fashionable lightweight jockey, were mentieel recently in Mr. Justice Eve's Court in the Chancery Division, when Mr. P. Ogden Lawrence. K.C., moved, Des behalf of the sexiner, that nu action brought against him should be dismissed. Mr. Lawrence explained that the case was that of Husley v. Wootton." and was brought in the name of Wm. Eux.: leg, the jerky, who was ne infant by Ernest Austin Huxley, his father and next friend, against Mr. Richard Woot- on, who saw the well-known Epson trainer.
