A telegrams from Sofia states that King Ferdinand has gone to Chatalja. This is regarded in Sofia as a positive indica. tion that the armistice is on the point of completion.

CAREER.

Sir Willino Bobinson, who was born in 1538, was the eldest son of the Rer. J

Banks Robinson. In 1860, Sir William Robertson was a member of the Slave Trade Commission, and in 1874 was sp. pointed Governor of the Bahama Islands, which position he held unti 1890, when he was transferred to the Wind- ward Island, Bachaos and rinidad. For his settlement of the Fanay Josephine" affair in Finezuela he received the thanks of the Home Government.
