AN INTERIM INJUNCTION.
Trouble About a Contract.
• Kwan Shing Hing, a building continetor. Lande an application before the Puisne Julgo. Mr Justice Gompertz, sitting in Original Jurisdiction this morning, for na interm injunction restraining Fan Yuk Shan from carrying out certain work contracted to be done ender a building curtmet dated October 15, 1912, and mado between Lag Ling, Wei and Lang Sing Chi, in the writ referred to by the owners, and Kis Cheong, called the contractors. The plaintiff also seked that the defendent be prevented from ousting him from a verbal agreement mede un October 8.
Mr Eldon Potter, instructed by Mr J. E. Gardiner, solicitor, appeared for the plaintiff.
Mr Potter asked for en interim injunction restraining the defendant from sub-letting the building contract prior to the hoaring i of the original motion and also from taking in any other partners. They did riot wish to prevent defendant from en- meucing the work, but they did wish to prevent him from bringing in any outsider:
