Dingy Front.

The long-considered proposal for the r decoration and possible alteration of the dingy front of Buckingham Palace seems to be maturing.
A firm of contractors is now engaged taking measuressenta of the whole front on behalf of the Office of Work, which is responsible for the maintenance of the royal palaces and Government buildings.
These cassiements, it is presumed, are for the purpose of estimating the cost of a renovation commensurate with the import ance of the King's principal residence.
