The report of this Company states:- Annexed we have the pleasure to lay before shareholders sistement of accounts for the year ending 31st July, 1912.
The net profit for the year, including the sum of $5,728.87 brought forward, is #16,90250, and, although an improvement of 810,233.68 on the previous year, it is got recommended that & dividend be paid. It is proposed to devote 810,000 to depro- ciation on machinery and that the balance be carried forward to next year's'account.
The new engines have all been installed now and are working steadily, and every- thing is ready to cope for a much larger demand for current when it arrives.
