*The skeletons in question were found búried round a circular trench some Wit or 30ft, in diameter. Some were on the outer, some on the ioner side of the trench. They wore buried with their legs and arms. Hoxed, and with one exception were laid upon the right side. Nothing except one "piece of black pottery and some doubtful Aint fiskes. was found with them. Mis Bartran, who owns the proporty, kindly allowed me to remove the bones for careful examination, and they are to be placed in the Museum of the Royal College of Sur gions for the use of those interested "in them.
