THE MURDER CASE

Argument, on a Point of Law.

Before the Chief Justice Sir Francis Piggott and Mr. Justice Hazeland, at the Supreme Court, this morning, sliting as a Fall Court, the point of law mined by. Mr G. O. Alabastor, emunaal for prisoner in the murder trial at the Criminal Sessions on Monday, to the effect that the indictment in the que as the form of indiston, in troduced into England by the Criminal *Procedure Act of 1851, and which was not - in fores in this Colony, and the only forms

The ter exported during the quarter totalled 4,209 piculs, of which Hongkong took all but 13 picula.

Duties and likin collected during the quarter brought in 70,610 taela, against 82,616 tacks for 1909 and 80,480 taels for 1905.
