TWO OUTBREAKS FROM THE FA YUEN PRISON.

Two outbreaks are reported from the Fa Yuen prison, which, according to the state mont before as stems to be dither in ori near Canton. They also stale clothes and other things, and finally disappeared with two hundred dollars. The second outbreak occurred op the following night.
