CLAIM FOR MEALS AND
REFRESHMENTS.
Ko Man Sung, lately carrying on business as the Yuet Choung drin, sued the Kwong Tung Hotel Co., Ltd., before 31t Justice Hadeland at the Supreme Court this morning, to recover 888 for salt fish supplied. There was also a counter claim for $37.43 mens and refreshments supplied
at defendant's request.

The claim was admitted and Mr Steaten- son said that defendants had, on four sepamte occasions, supplied plaintif with monls and refreshments in the extlinary
course of business. His cliatts owned a
Chinese restaurant in Kennedy Town. They carried on a large business and customers came to the hotel with friends and the pro- prietor debited the particular customer i Be ordinary course' pl busincas.
