On the 5th at 12.15 p.m.-The barometer has fallen moderately on the N.E. coast of China, and risen alightly over the S. coast and Tongking.
A depression appears to be adyancing Eastwards over N. China, and pressure is ___still_relatively low over Tongking and N.
Asnam.
Pressure is high apparently over the N. part of the Sea of Japan. The Japanese returns are howover, not yet in hand.
Modurata S.E. winds may be expected in the Formosa Channel and along the S, .coast of China.
Hongkong rainfall for the 24 hours.end... Ing at 10 am, to-day, U.38 inches.
