Criminal Sossions Trial

The My Criminal Sessions reached a cont cluding stage at the Supreme Court to-day, - when the hst case was dealt with. It was one in which a Chisaman named U Chau was indicted for the murder of a compatriot on March 24th last at Saiwanho. The case was taken before the Acting Chief Justice (Hon Mr Recs Davis, KC,,) and a jury. The Acting Attorney General (HM M. W. Slade, K.C.,) prosecuted on schalf of the Crown, being instructed by Mr H.. I... Dennya, sene, while Mr Eldon Potter, instructed by Mr E. Davidson, of Men Haslings and Hastings, dufonded the prisoner..
