There was a regular Easter Monday rowd at the Theatre Royal last night when The Dollar Princess," a play which has been all the rage in the European capitals and which ran for over 300 nights at Berlin, was splendidly staged by the Band- maan Opera Company. The piece has su Intelligent story, smart dialogue, and is set to operatic music. By many, it is regarded as the best thing that has been produced by the Bandmade Company dur ing their present season." It is certainly one of the most popular. In three acts. it is by A. M. Wilner and F. Grenbaum, and was adapted for the English stage by Basil Hood. The lyrics are by Adrian Rom, and the music by Lee Fall. It was produced at Daly's Theatre, London, by Mr George Edwards, and the Bandwann Company have the exclusive rights for the East by special arrangement with Mr George Edwardas.
