Larrigo, the new Secretary for Hong- kong, and Mrs Lersigo, was one of the brightest and most successful social fune tions ever hald ander the auspices of, the local Association. Sir Henry and Lady Hay made themselves responsible for the 'admirable programme, and among the large gathering prosent were His Excnioney the Goramor (Sir F. D. Lugardy Capt P.. Mitchell Taylor, his A.D.C., and Capt Sim- son, Private Secretary.
