Even the usual monsoon has fallen light, and we have far less wind: than we ought to have so that the heat in the daytime is intense, and at night too the atmosphere is stifling and breathless. Surely we cannot go on much longer without a change in the weather, and without having some welcome cloudy days and heavy rain.
