The Filipino Chamber of Commerce is rigorously opposing the emigration of Filipinos to Hawaii to work on the sugar plantations there, and taking setive mea- sures to discourage such emigration.
Recently circular prapared by the Chamber has been distributed throughout 'CHEMYSTS & DRUGGISTS the islands, one having been sent to the governor of each province and to the influential men in all parts of the Philippines.
