The Captain of the ms. Paal Bonu and anIndian Watchman wore summoned before Mr F. A. Hazeland, at the Magistracy to-day, with assaulting a watchman It appears that the trouble arose through complainant saying that the defendant watchman had done him out of his job. į The captain stated he was on the bridge at jį the time and when a boy told him of the row he went and ordered the men offi the bout. The case was dismissed.
